1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services of Hazcott Systems ("we", "us", "our"), a trading name of Hazcott Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Description
Hazcott Systems provides website design and marketing systems for UK contractors and growing businesses, including:
- Functional website design and development
- SEO services (On-Site SEO, Local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation)
- Review funnel automation
- Unified inbox for communications
- Automated lead follow-up systems
- Meta ads management (Premium plan)
- AI agents for customer support (Premium plan)
- Other marketing automation tools
3. Service Plans and Pricing
We offer two service plans:
- Starter Plan: £200 per month
- Premium Plan: £500 per month
All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to existing customers.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due monthly in advance
- We accept payment via bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods
- If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend services until payment is received
- You are responsible for any bank charges or fees associated with payment
5. No Contracts
We operate on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice.
6. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days' written notice
- Cancellation requests must be sent to hazcottlimited@gmail.com
- Services will continue until the end of the 30-day notice period
- No cancellation fees apply
- Refunds are not provided for partial months
7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services (custom website design and ongoing marketing systems), we do not offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion. If you are not satisfied with our services, you may cancel with 30 days' notice as outlined above.
8. Service Delivery
- Initial setup typically takes 7-10 business days after receiving all required information
- We will provide you with access to your systems upon completion
- Ongoing services are provided continuously during your subscription
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice
9. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Use our services in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others
10. Intellectual Property
- We retain ownership of our proprietary systems, software, and methodologies
- You retain ownership of your business content, logos, and materials you provide
- You grant us a license to use your content to provide our services
- Upon cancellation, you may request a copy of your website files (subject to technical feasibility)
11. Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms (including GoHighLevel). You agree to comply with their terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions or changes.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or lead generation numbers
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hazcott Limited (trading as Hazcott Systems) from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
14. Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet failures, or third-party service disruptions.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
17. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
18. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hazcott Limited (trading as Hazcott Systems) regarding our services.
